And it has been a good one. While my appearance last week on the red trial was a bit too fast, resulting in me falling face down in the snow, this one was much better. Starting again on the easy trial, I was corrected on some mistakes I made and practised my braking which was more needed on the more advanced trial.

Later on I had another try on this trial and did much better to my surprise. My technique really improved and this gave me quite a boost in confidence. Next week will be the ending of my first course and I’m sure it will be a good one. Looking forward to it!

Over the last days I watched Lost season 4. Since there was a writers strike in that season it only lasted for 13 episodes, but that didn’t matter much.

The story was well continued, and the mix between the real world and the island makes things very interesting and mysterious. Hurley was already my favorite character in Lost and this season he got some competition. Sawyer, played by Josh Holloway, had a great mix of macho and still emotional decisions.

The end was built up through the whole season with flash-forwards. And even though you knew who was going to survive, the story was interesting enough to keep you guessing how it happens through most of the episodes.

Waiting for the release of season 5 on DVD. Let’s see what kind of story they will come up with that. Im sure it once again has something to do with that mysterious island and its secrets.

So yesterday I finally had my first ski lesson. After a slow start where I had a hard time breaking in time, I picked it up and things went pretty fast from there. There is still a lot to learn but I believe it went quite well for a first day, better then I expected.

There were only 3 people in my group and since we had 2 teachers it was like having private lessons. Im looking forward to the next 3 lessons and I’ll have to see if that results in being able to ski down from a red (for USA its blue) trail.

And uhh…I hope they stay Lost for some more seasons

When they find out about the hatch, season 1 finals...

So here is my new blog. I’m still looking around, see how things work.

I’ve been moving with my company the last days, we are just settling in. Much bigger and also closer to home, so you won’t hear me complain. I’ll try to get some pictures up later on because it’s not quite done yet.

Went to squash today in the new racketcentre, which was good but tiring. Seems like they dont keep track of time there. After paying for 45 minutes, we ended up playing 1,5 hour forgetting all about the time! So I’m quite tired and will most likely sleep well tonight
